Specialist Support Coordination
Where required, Benevida Services may also provide Specialist Support Coordination to support people experiencing more complex situations or periods of change. This can include assistance to navigate challenges, strengthen family capacity, and support connection to appropriate services and community networks.
All Support Coordination is delivered in line with your goals and the NDIS Practice Standards.
